European low-cost carrier Ryanair (who claims to be "the world’s favourite airline") opened its new base at Oslo's Rygge airport today. The Ireland-based airline will be offering flights to 27 destinations from Rygge, including Berlin, Brussels, London and Madrid. I have no idea where Rygee is, but knowing Ryanair I assume it's 150 kilometers away from Oslo, with no other airline flying there.
